Walk in appointments

Don’t forget – walk-in appointments are available every day of the week, Monday to Saturday, so if you can’t get a booked slot, we will still try to fit you in.  You don’t need to pre-book, just turn up.
We welcome walk-in appointments, but we understand that sometimes you may be short of time or simply prefer to plan ahead.

Use our appointment booking system to select your preferred date and time slot. We will send you a confirmation email with the details of your booking.

If you are unsure whether you need treatment or would like to discuss your requirements first, there’s no need to book, just turn up for a  free consultation instead.  Once you’re happy, we can go ahead with your microsuction treatment straight away.

What to expect

About your microsuction appointment

The process is quick and easy. 

  1. We take brief personal and medical details and find out about any symptoms that you may have had with your ears. 
  2. We then carry out a quick inspection of your ears, and carry out the microsuction process.  It can be slightly noisy but you should not feel any pain or discomfort.
  3. Once completed, we check that you are happy and have a renewed feeling of comfort and improved hearing.

Parking is available outside the pharmacy / clinic on Falconwood Parade. 

Parking is free for up to 2 hours.

We accept payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by cash.
